A native of Edmonton, Dr. Torbeih attended the University of Alberta and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2000. He then received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo in 2004. Upon graduating, Dr Torbeih returned to Edmonton, working in several different clinical settings before opening Northgate Total Focus. Dr.Torbeih considers his relationship with his patients to be the most rewarding part of his practice and strives on providing the utmost care to his patients. He especially enjoys working with children and performs thorough ocular examinations with a personal touch for all of his patients Dr. Torbeih is also is interested in third world eye care and has participated in a service trip to Mexico with the University of Waterloo. Dr.Torbeih enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends.

Born and raised in Edmonton, I graduated from University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science. I attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, graduating in 2008 with an additional B.S. in Vision Sciences and a Doctorate of Optometry. After graduating, I completed a one year Primary Care Residency Program at Salus University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My specialties include ocular disease, low vision and contact lenses. I enjoy running, playing soccer, and being with my family.
