My family all goes to this office.. However.. now that Gladys has left.. sorry but we are following her. She has always given us top notch service, and we don't trust anyone else. You office has lost a true gem in Gladys! And NO she did not steal us away to her new office.. We are her neighbours and she didnt ask us to follow her to her new place of employment. We decided on our own, as we trust her knowledge over the years. You will not find my name in your system but will find my husband Doug Gill, my son Noah Gill and my Mother Olga Wynnyk... Came in to see the contact lens selection and had an amazing experience with deana, she helped me book an appointment to find the right brand of contacts for me! And for lamis she was such an amazing lady that got me pretreated and ready for the doctor in the most graceful way!!

Our family has been cared for by Castledowns Vision Centre since moving to the area 6 years ago. Our latest visit was for myself and my son. We booked back-to-back appointments and as usual, we were greeted by the excellent staff. Dr. Ullah proceeded with the eye exam with no delay and manager Gladys assisted us in choosing suitable frames that fell within our military insurance coverage. The ongoing 40% sale on frames also helped. Would recommend this location for families and to the military community.
